Project Overview
Designed and built a complete business platform for an interior design company — public website, admin CRM, and serverless Go backend. Solo project end-to-end: architecture, infrastructure, and all three apps. The website is a static SPA on S3 + CloudFront. The admin panel covers the full business workflow: lead pipeline, quote builder with revisions and PDF export, agreement dispatch to factories, gallery CMS, AWS Cost Explorer hosting monitor, and GA4 analytics. The Go backend runs on AWS Lambda with DynamoDB, S3 for WebP/AVIF image processing, and SES for transactional email.
